Return Policy

How you can return our product ?

• Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I send product back to evaavi?

• You can send it via any courier service by your own , if any queries mail us at customercare@evaavi.com

Evaavi is not responsible for return orders, if we receive your order you will get email notification for the same

Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or o via Google pay or paytm, within a certain amount of days.

What is the shipping cost?

• Shipping is Calculated based on your location, order quantity ,package size and weight

• For prepaid orders shipping cost is less as compare to COD Cash-On-Delivery orders

When can I expect delivery ?

• All our products are dispatched within 48-72 hrs from our warehouse and once dispatched take up to 2-5 days to reach your given address. We usually make sure the products reach to you within the specified timeline but in case there is any major delay we'll keep you updated. Also, these timelines do not apply during Festive and End of Season Sales due to high volume of orders.

How Can I track my order?

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail along with an sms with a tracking link

Who will pay return shipping cost?

• You(customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.

How much amount will be deducted?

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Amount (purchased amount ) condition apply only if evaavi is taking care of return , else you will get full return if you ship product by your own cost

How much time does it take ?

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What is the evaavi suggestion ?

• If you are shipping an item over 1000Rs, or any amount you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items :

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Size exchange :

• In case the size you ordered does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just contact us immediately at customercare@evaavi.com for us to assist you.

Wrong Product /damaged product :

• We check the quality of each and every product before shipping. But just in case you receive an incorrect or damaged product mail us at customercare@evaavi.com and we will take care of the rest immediately
